How do I use the internet to enter my orders?
You simply login to our webpage through your web browser using your User I.D. and password. There is no software to install. With our new state-of-the-art technology, you can:
- Place your orders via the internet
- Receive a price quote online
- Track your orders
- Obtain proof of delivery immediately over the internet (this feature will be
available shortly) - Obtain order history at the push of a button
- Get email proof that your order has been received by our dispatchers
- Receive your monthly invoices via email broken down by cost center if needed
Online order entry eliminates the need for written waybills – they are generated automatically after each order. Imagine the time you will save with this feature!
What does a delivery cost?
Each delivery is priced according to – where it’s going, the weight, the type of vehicle needed (bike, car, wagon, mini-van, full van, 5-ton truck), and how fast do you need it delivered. You can get a price quote online through our web application, from our Customer Service Representatives at 613-822-7233.
Can you handle skids?
We have a fleet of 5-ton trucks, each with 12-skid capacity and hydraulic tail gates, ready to move your goods. Our truck rates are the best in the region.
Do you offer discounts?
We certainly do. We offer discounts on minimum monthly volumes and on pre-scheduled deliveries. Our sales representative will gladly tell you about our discounting process.
